It seemed like home. the room on the 46th floor was super clean. i found the new king size suite dreams pillows epic. I had a great sleep. the staff helped with my requests, and were kind.

The building has a café, shops, a pub, and a supermarket. These. i saw a clean outdoor pool that was used daily. car parks are easily accessible.

The apartment offered full kitchen facilities, including a washing machine and a dryer. I appreciated the convenience. the bed was comfortable and the apartment was spacious. i had a fine view from the room.

The location is great, with a tram stop right outside. Getting around was easy. i noted that it is around 3 km from surfers paradise. the hotel is near the pier. There are delicious restaurants nearby.

the room was a decent size and had a separate bedroom. the shower also worked fine.
i was not happy with the check in. the fee for using a credit card felt excessive. it was unexpected and added to the cost of my stay.

the staff was helpful. i asked for another blanket and got it brought to my room after i requested it. i forgot my phone charger, but they told me what i could do. i will come back for another visit. the room had great connectivity in bedroom tv. the hotel has good food, restaurants and close access to a shopping centre. it has great amenities in the room too.
i noticed we had standard linen missing, like pool towels and face towels. it was difficult to find kitchen utensils amongst the cupboards. they did not provide another room key just because the additional name wasn't provided.

the hotel is near various eateries. i found restaurants with great food. a coffee shop exists on the ground floor where you can get breakfast for an extra charge.

the hotel's location is perfect to jump on the tram. a supermarket exists in the building. the hotel is a short distance from the pier where you can find places to eat.
